Henry Jackson

Managing Partner and CEO

Henry has over 25 years of experience working with senior management teams of leading consumer businesses in Europe and the US on strategic change. In 2006 he founded Merchant Equity Partners, the predecessor to OpCapita. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Deutsche Bank AG and head of its European Consumer and Retail Group.

After beginning his career at CSFB, Henry left to help establish Peter J. Solomon Company, a retail focused private investment banking firm. After over a decade with PJSC, Henry was recruited to establish and head DLJ's European Consumer and Retail Group.

Henry has extensive transaction experience in M&A, public and private financings and restructurings. He has also served on the boards of directors of a number of companies, both private and publicly listed.
