Jeff joined OpCapita in 2019. He participates in company Operational Review meetings and plays a major role in the assessment and business planning for new investments. He is also a member of OpCapita's Investment Committee.

Expertise in Stores, Brand Management, Change Management, Product Development, Strategic sourcing, Operations, Sales and Marketing and Cost Management.
In 14 years at Gap, Jeff had a number of senior roles, including President and CEO of Gap brand, President and EVP Greater China and SVP stores and operations at Old Navy. Prior to that, he was a regional director at Target.
Jeff is Executive Chairman of Maurices, an OpCapita investee company.
